No Time to Wait
Fear.
I’ll wait a little while longer before asking her to marry me.
… to write my novel.
… to have that conversation that needs to be had.
… to do the thing I know I need to do.
And on and on it goes.
We think we have the time to wait. We don’t. Our day of departure is unknown and could come at any moment.
Of course, this does not mean panic and push for outcomes. It means prioritize properly and be ever so grateful for this fleeting opportunity you have to create beauty.
Consumption can wait. Entertainment can wait.
What makes you come alive, cannot.
