The Apocalypse
(Hanukkah begins. Jupiter’s ingress of Aries. The Sun readies to be reborn.)
The Maya, based on their advanced understanding of astronomy and astrology, referred to this time — starting around the year 2012 — as “The Apocalypse.” In their own language of course.
This word means “to uncover or reveal.”
If you are not learning hard, uncomfortable truths about yourself (mainly) and society at large, then you definitely would not wind up reading here.
Where has humanity — through a very small, controlling minority to be sure — brought the world? To the brink of destruction.
To save this jewel of a planet and its beautiful inhabitants, which is certainly the cosmic intention, something has to change.
That something has very little to do with material things, though electric cars and forever light bulbs do have an important part to play.
It has to do with consciousness. With trauma, especially. It is only inner wounding and the loss of spiritual immunity that allows the types of ills and evils running rampant, to run rampant.
We have to change.
In order for that change to happen, we need to know where we are stuck. And learn it we will.
Learning where we are stuck hurts. It is uncomfortable to realize our faults and weaknesses.
With few exceptions, ask any elite athlete what they train the most — their faults and weaknesses. How else to improve?
So what you have just realized you are an adult child and have spent the past many decades distracted and entertained, abiding by somebody else’s dream for you?
This world — you — will not change without this type of awareness. And change is what you want, right? Right.
The awareness will open up the space for deep healing and new, kinder and more truthful ways of being to emerge. New ways, times a daring collective of individuals, that is what will end up tipping the scales.
This revealing, this apocalypse is not going to stop. It’s just going to get hotter and more intense, until its job is done.
And you will meet the challenge because you are something Supreme and have far more capability than you realize.
It can be fun.
