Bliss is Your True Nature

(Above: Saturn goes retrograde at 19° of Pisces.)

Bliss is your true nature. It’s been said before.

Anything that is not bliss — is not you. No more than the pebbles accumulated in a hiking boot after a long trek.

Remove the pebbles and your foot naturally gains relief.

Every one of us knows about this. Every one of us is seeking the same thing.

Your true, blissful nature is buried underneath layers and layers of conditioning, pain, ancestral dynamics, karmic issues, entanglements, and accumulated physical toxicity.

Removal of these things is the key, versus adding anything new. You are already that.

Like anything, you have to want to know that truth. That’s the key. From there, a path opens up before you and the right resources and tools you need, show up at the right time, place, and pace.

You have to stay committed, as with any discipline, despite worldly concerns and pulls. This can be tough for some.

And so we engage in meditation, different types of yoga, cleansing ceremonial rituals, and all these wonderful practices given to us and brought to life by seers of old.

We start to shed the false. Like a plough tills the earth for new plantation, so will trials, adversity, and tribulation be visited upon you — not to give you a hard time but to disrupt what was, and make space for new understanding and more harmonious ways of being.

You keep going like this. Year after year after year. Some progress, so to speak, faster and some move at a slower velocity. It’s all the same.

Eventually, as you get closer and closer to the core of who and what you are, an effortless smile appears. A causeless love is felt, as well as deep, abiding peace.

Onwards you go, until you are totally at one with your Self.

It appears most evident in the eyes. 🙏🏻
