Welcome Your Feelings
To be human, is to feel.
In today’s world, it is easier to not feel than it is to feel. And an infinite array of choices are available to check out.

Self-regulation is becoming more and more important and indicated. The ability to navigate complex emotions without avoiding them.
It’s another form of working out and building muscle. Except this discipline scales infinitely, ages well, and can serve the world in powerful ways.
The more you can hold space for yourself through trial and tribulation, the more you can do so for others. As time carries on, you will come to see how worth it was to do this work now.
You have to find your particular way. Your earnest intent will call it in.
Can we welcome pain as much as joy? Or, at least, not see anything wrong with it. 🙏🏻
