True, medicinal healing hurts. That’s what all of us our experiencing now — we are either aware of it or not.

Few cultures value discomfort — most seek to eliminate it. When healing pains happen, we can easily think something is wrong.

It all becomes a pilgrimage of the heart. To discern truth from fiction, and become one.

You know the truth.

Oh, yes you do.

Employ the help of others, when needed, of course but, above all, to thine own self — be true.

It takes a lot of courage. Trial and error. Steps forward, frustrating steps back.

In this world there are few treasures greater than knowledge of self, or self-realization.

You’ll be shown the way to the door. Guess who has to open it? The word “yes” is the key.

Fear, resistance, doubt, confusion — these are the hurdles the aspirant must overcome. Otherwise, it’s too easy of a game.

And she will. At her own pace. With resolute determination because there is no other option.

You’ve got to be clear enough inside to truly listen. And from there, you’ve got to find the intestinal fortitude to act on what you know.

Keep a humble heart, while recognizing deepest joy is on the horizon. 🙏🏻
